Take a photo of the clip or packaging where the expiry date is mentioned. This is crucial for us to understand whether the product was within its consumption period.

Step 5: Take Photos of the Issue

If the problem is something that can be seen, like mold or a foreign object in the product, please take clear photos to show what’s wrong.

Step 6: Provide Location Details

  • For Business Customers: Please include the name of your shop and the delivery number associated with the product.
  • For Individual Consumers: Mention the name of the shop where you bought the product. If possible, attach a photo of the receipt.
